When I am ironing, it makes me think of the Simpsons episode where Bart changes the hymnal to "Inna Gadda Da Vida by I. Ron Butterfly". There is nothing fun or funny about ironing. I hate it. This is partially why I have avoided this Vera undertaking and why the early ones were unironed. I'd rather clean the bathroom tile with a toothbrush. But, yes, I know it looks better. I've capitulated to give the Veras an iron before their close up. I ironed this one and it still looks wrinkled!
The colors on this one are crazy! Hot pink, mustard/gold, greys and my favorite black line work! Geometric--love the shape that resembles, to me, a ginko leaf. And the silk is deliciously voluptuous.
